Had my very first cartilage piercing with Alex and honestly, what a gem! I walked in a bundle of nerves and walked out grinning ear to ear (literally 😄). He's got such a lovely, calm way about him and talked me through every step so I never felt rushed or worried. You can really tell he takes pride in doing things properly, everything spotless and he went through all the aftercare with me too. Alex is super nice and always makes sure everything is sterilised and that you are happy with the piercing. The only place i go to now, he's helped me loads when jewelery has fallen out and a piercing had closed over. Would 100% recommend
